The Honor 4X is all set to go on sale on Flipkart for the second time today. The sale begins at 2.00PM for which only registered users can participate.

The last sale saw the device disappear in a minute. The company has not revealed the number of units it will make available today or the number of registrations it has received. If you failed to register for today’s sale, you may register for next week’s sale. The window for registration opens at 6.00Pm today.

Flipkart recommends to be online prior to the sale to up your chances to grab the Honor 4X. The company also informs lucky buyers to make the purchase within 4 hours of the device being added to the cart, after which it will be removed. Freecharge and Honor have teamed up for today’s sale to give all its buyers coupons worth Rs 2,500. There is also a cash back of Rs 500 on all Honor smartphones.

The Honor 4X is priced at Rs 10,499 and here’s our first impressions of the device. As far as the specifications are concerned, the Honor 4X has a 5.5-inch IPS HD 720p display. It is powered by a 64-bit 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor paired with 2GB RAM and an Adreno 306 GPU. The Honor 4X sports 8GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card.

On the camera front, the Honor 4X bears a Sony-made 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture. There is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with various beauty editing tools for selfie lovers. The beauty edit features also work while taking video calls.

The Honor 4X packs a 3,000mAh battery, and per the company it is good enough to deliver 72 hours of battery life with regular usage. There is also an additional super power saving mode, which keeps the battery life up to 7 days.

On the software front, the smartphone runs on Android KitKat wrapped under EMUI 3.0 UI. The UI brings with it unique features like the magazine style unlock screen, and a lazy mode which makes the UI easy for one-handed use. Connectivity wise, the Honor 4X includes dual-SIM support, 4G LTE support on both SIM, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth.

Design wise, the Honor 4X has a unique white cotton grain back with the Honor logo embedded. The speakers and microUSB port are located at the bottom, while the 3.5mm audio jack is located on top. The power button and the volume rockers are on the top left side, and the right edge is left empty.
