Almost a year ago OnePlus came with its first offering, the One. While the company had revealed that it was working an iterative upgrade called OnePlus Two, there have been rumors of a delay. Co-founder Carl Pei however refuted rumors claiming that they are on the right track.
OnePlus 2 is not delayed. I’ve said it again and again: don’t get your news from these insanely crap sources.

OnePlus Two is expected to be launched in Q3 this year and it will sport some major revamps in construction and also hardware front. Rumors have hinted that the OnePlus Two will focus on the design and it will employ metal frame as opposed to the polycarbonate on the OnePlus One. There are also reports that the forthcoming flagship will be priced slightly higher.
As for a launch timeframe, Carl Pei had earlier told BGR India that the OnePlus Two will be launched in Q3 this year. And according to Pei’s tweets, the company is sticking to the timeline.
Here’s a quick recap on the rumored specifications of the OnePlus Two. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 810 processor paired with a 3GB RAM, feature a 5.5-inch 1080p display, 16-megapixel primary snapper, 5-megapixel secondary snapper, and run on Oxygen OS, which was rolled out just a couple of days ago.
