AirDroid 3.0 will let you run WhatsApp and other messaging apps on your computer
The AirMirror feature allows anyone with a rooted Android phone or AirDroid-certified handset to beam (mirror) the on-screen activities of an Android device to the browser as well as PC and Mac clients. The company has also promised to offer support for Android 5.0 Lollipop soon. Mirroring will also enable you to access your WhatsApp and any other app from your computer.
For those who haven’t used AirDroid before, it’s a very handy app that lets users access SMS app and the file system from one’s computer. You can also download the apps you have installed on your device as well as remotely install an app onto your phone and tablet. Once you’ve connected your computer to your Android device, you’ll be provided with a web link that you need to paste on a browser to access your device.
